911, A Day Of Remembrance

If there is one thing we learn in this life, it is full of trials and loss. I am sure most of us remember precisely where we were and what we were doing on September 11, 2001 when we learned of the tragic events that turned our world up side down. And the battle rages on today as we are now facing domestic and bio terrorism, and out of control wildfires.

We continue to pray for our president and other government leaders, our law enforcement, our firefighters, our military, our healthcare workers and others who knowingly put themselves in harms way, many times sacrificing their lives, to serve and to protect the people of our beloved nation.

We have an awesome God! Our Yahweh is One Who remembers us as we praise His mighty hand in the good, the bad and the ugly whenever it comes our way. And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose..........and who shall separate us from the love of Yeshua? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution, or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: "For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered." No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him Who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels not demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our LORD. ~Romans 8:28, 35-39

And Yeshua commanded us, "Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends. You are my friends if you do as I command. ~John 15:12-14
